"Mommy, is your head gonna pop?"

A couple weeks ago on my way to a sinus infection, I commented to my husband that I was so stuffed-up that I felt like my head was going to pop. Later that day while I was driving, my oldest son somewhat cautiously asked, "Mommy, is your head really gonna pop?" When I finally stopped laughing, I was able to reassure him that it only FELT like my head was going to pop.
